The funeral director I spoke to on went on holiday the day after our meeting and handed over to someone else. I never once managed to speak to the person handed over to and many queries made during the initial meeting and relating to the funeral went unanswered, leaving me to liaise with the crem and other organisations myself. The staff I did communicate with were all fine, but I felt I had been left somewhat stranded, and am still now going through the list of things we initially discussed.

For this reason I have chosen to go elsewhere and pay a higher price for probate than the Co op offer.

The care and attention to detail provided by Redfield Funeralcare was excellent.  They were professional, respectful and empathetic.  Every part of the process was explained in detail and we could make the choices we wanted so that my husband’s funeral was special.  I would not hesitate to recommend them.

On the day of Violets funeral, took all the pressure off the family and made it run so smoothly. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Nichola was professional and caring, Mike on the day conducted the funeral with care, respect and kindness, our driver Rowan was so kind and had the nicest smile.  The whole team on the day made it a very special day, thank you so much.

The service we received was really good everything was perfect the only slight disappointment was we requested all the flowers to be same colour the spray was yellows and whites but the words had orange roses and the outer ribbon was purple but apart from that we were pleased with the level of service

The whole experience was very professional and respectful. We left the meeting feeling that all our requirements would be met. The limousine driver delivered the perfect service, going the extra mile to make sure we were at ease with the whole experience. I would like to make a special mention for our celebrate who delivered the eulogy with such feeling Sarah spoke as though she had known mum personally. Perfect thank you.
