Every thing was ok except I believe and witnessed that my dads ring was still on him ( we had requested we would pick it up when meeting and following the hurst)
He was taken from the hurst and taken back in behind closed doors for a length of time , before I was then given the ring . Originally we had gone to the back door to ask for the ring .at that time dad was in the hurst ready to go .
So we could only come to one conclusion, it hadn’t been taken off at this.very sad time and was extremely distressing for us to think of we hadn’t asked for the ring at that time it would have gone into the cremation. I had spoke to Tracy previous to say I would pick the ring up on that day

From the beginning the service was 1st class. There were difficulties due to the hospital for a period of time but Holly was fantastic. She worked so hard & was so caring. Dad was treated with utmost respect. Dads funeral was perfectly organised by everyone involved. Thank You all so much. Mandy & Tracy.

My mother died in the early hours of March 26th, but I was not given an appointment to meet the funeral director until April 4th. Twice documents that were sent to the crematorium had to be returned because they were wrong or incomplete. On both occasions I think the funeral director should have checked the documents. They were very quick to arrange an online meeting with their financial service, but not so responsive with regard to the most important tasks

I would especially like to thank Kim who I have know since childhood for making this so much easier at a very difficult time. I understand that Kim has now moved jobs, such a shame as a credit to the Coop and I'm sure will be missed.
The service you provided was second to none and also Mr Bees who brought my Aunt to Haycombe. A lovely gent.

I am so grateful for the kind, friendly, helpful and sensitive service from the co-op. It really does make the whole process a lot more manageable. Kim was lovely to deal with from the first day we spoke right the way through to the service. The Funeral Director Tracey on the day looked absolutely impeccably dressed - so smart and fitting to lead my Dad into his Celebration of Life service. She was also extremely kind and professional. Thank you very much for everything you do to make this extraordinary time easier.
