They were friendly and respectful, and very efficient. They were flexible with the family's many requests. The whole funeral went very smoothly and the celebrant was excellent.

All the staff were very courteous and kind. They made sure we were all comfortable with the procedure. Everything went very smoothly and just as we had requested. The celebrant was excellent and delivered her address in a sensitive manner. We were given plenty of time afterwards to speak to the attendees and then delivered to our venue.Thank you very much.

The team at Co-op Funeralcare Keynsham went above and beyond to make my Mothers funeral go smoothly.  
The funeral director, Mark Govey, was excellent he kept us well informed, handling the day with care and respect, for which we were very grateful.  
The Rev Peter Davies who conducted her service was wonderful.  He made sure her day was special.  He listened to our wishes and carried them out brilliantly, thank you.

Very helpful staff and the team on the day were excellent. The initial information wasn't recorded accurately so when checking with the team on the day they'd been given the wrong address and nuumer of cars. Otherwise very good service especially from Mark and Emma.

The service from Keynsham Funeralcare was excellent from start to finish! Everyone that we dealt with were very professional, friendly and helpful which made the whole process a lot easier to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they would do everything they could to make such a difficult time more bearable. They were transparent with the pricing so there were no hidden costs or surprises at the end, we always knew how much we going to be paying!

Mark and the team at Keynsham were kind and caring. The support we received through the whole process was exceptional. The respect shown to my late father and our family at the funeral home and on the day of the funeral was second to none. They made a very difficult time easier and took some of the pressure off the family at such a sad overwhelming time.

Absolutely amazing service the staff are wonderful.
They took great care of my mum whilst she was there.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff there.
Mark, Steve and Rebecca you are all beautiful people and made me feel a lot better and made me smile during the worst time of my life.
The other staff were also fab but we got very close with the 3 mentioned.
