Matters were complicated by the involvement of the coroner and the consequent, inevitable delay but staff did their best to expedite matters. The day of the funeral went smoothly and the services provided by both Dave and Mark were very professional.

This was a direct cremation but all communication had to be by telephone and post as the next of kin did not live nearby. Needed the ashes to be scattered at Haycombe Cemetery, strangely enough Bath Co-op Funeralcare said they could not arrange this but Keynsham Co-op Funeralcare said they could. Full marks for Keynsham Co-op Funeralcare! Just waiting for confirmation regarding the scattering of the ashes. Excellent service from Mark Govey at such a difficult time.

Mark and Dave were very helpful and respectful.  Everything was explained and we were put in touch with an excellent Celebrant.  The coffin and order of service were beautiful.  The funeral went very smoothly and gave my late brother the send off he so richly deserved.
