Excellent service from start to finish provided by the team at Downend Branch, Bristol.
I was arranging a funeral for a relative.  Never done this before and do not live in the area.  They spent time with me explaining the process in constant contact with me over the phone explaining where we were at and next stage.  Basically they held my hand all the way through from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble.  They arranged a minister Sam who was also excellent.

Mike was very professional and spoke to us like he genuinely cared about the loss of our loved one. It was a very difficult time but he was very empathetic and respectful.

I lost both my parents within ten months of each other and used Co Op Funeralcare for both funerals. The service was incredible. Every member of staff was kind, thoughtful and professional. I had total trust that I would have the service that I wanted and they delivered 100 percent. Mike was super and gave my dad the dignified final journey that I wanted for him. Every aspect of the day was considered and the day was flawless. At a very sad time, the worry was handled for me by your company and took the burden from me. Thank you Mike and the rest of the team for everything you did for me. I would recommend you to anyone.

I was very pleased with the way the staff looked after us and the care they took to make thing run smoothly.

I was very upset on the day of the funeral to find some scratches on the coffin I would have expected it to be in perfect condition. I am still waiting to receive a call about this some two and a half weeks later.

From the day my Mum passed away until the day she was laid to rest, the support, care understanding and empathy given to us as a family was excellent and was very much appreciated at a very difficult time, and we are very thankful that with the dedication of the Co op funeral care staff we were able to give mum a funeral that she so much deserved. Fantastic service. Sara was extremely helpful and efficient in organising the church, the minister, the crematorium, the order of services and all other arrangements required for the funeral service. She managed to align all of the stars together at a difficult time. Tracy the funeral director and her team on the day were very good and professional. Thanks Coop Funeral Care.

I can highly recommend Co Op Funeral Service at Downend. I recently lost my husband and I received excellent support and guidance throughout the whole planning of the service. The Staff are very friendly and they really do care and are excellent at what they do.They ensured the service was a fitting tribute to my husband and supported me throughout.I cannot recommend them high enough.

The Funeral Director was able to gently lead me through the whole process at a time when I felt very vulnerable. All options and advise on steps and timescale necessary were made in a compassionate manner. I would definitely recommend their services.

We were very well taken of throughout the whole process of arranging our mums funeral. Any questions we had were always answered quickly. When we viewed our mother we were very pleased as she looked so peaceful and beautiful which was a great comfort to us. The funeral service was lovely and contained all the aspects mum and ourselves had asked for. We are extremely pleased with the service given.

Thank you to Mark Govey for his patience, support and cheerful nature during the period after my Mum Vera's death. Thank you also to Alice at Station Road Yate, Adrian the driver and the lady at Westerleigh who showed us the Gardens of Remembrance. Thank you also to the men who carried my Mum's coffin. Her departure was beautiful, happy and light.
