Excellent service!!
The reassurance, engagement and delivery on all from CoOp Funeralcare  Downend is very much appreciated by the family. From the start meeting with Lyn, throughout the intervening weeks and then Mike making contact evening before the day of service - talking through sequence of the day ahead and being there to collect us and lead logistics on the day itself.  
Could ask for no more than this service.  Thank you.

I was very impressed with the Co-op at Downend. My father passed away on Christmas Day but the service we received was excellent,

I cannot speak too highly of the sensitive and practical attention to every detail of what - for them - was a rather different event than those they are used to.

I felt supported and listened to. Nothing was too much trouble. They searched out and found elements which I had not been able to, which added to and supported the overall theme which I had planned.

The introduction of such a splendid film maker was the icing on the cake

Thanks to these lovely people, my husband Rich had a wonderful send off, I couldn’t fault a single thing. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so caring and patient. There was so much to remember but Sara was there at my side, guiding me through it all. Dave, the celebrant worked closely with me and added so much to the service. Mike led the funeral and even called a couple of days after to check I was ok. I cannot thank them enough.
