The staff at Coop Funeralcare (Downend) has been considerate. With our family members coming from abroad to the UK on short notice, they efficiently arranged the cremation date for my mother. This allowed my relatives to attend the ceremony. The entire process was fulfilling and smooth. We are thankful for the well-coordinated arrangements by funeral director Mike and funeral arranger Maddie.

The funeral director Mike and the funeral arrangers were so supportive, understanding and showed empathy. Jordan and Mike were so patient and empathetic when me and my family were taking photos of my uncle’s coffin whilst in the hearse. Jordan was so professional driving the hearse to the crematorium. I was so honoured when Mike the funeral director gave me , my daughter and husband the opportunity to bear /carry my 
uncle’s coffin with the funeral coffin bearers . I have always used the coop funeral care when family members have passed. Very outstanding service from start to finish

The Cooperative Funeral Service at Downend was excellent from the start to the very end of the process. Mike the funeral director was very professional and provided a caring, and bespoke service.
