Excellent service. I used bishopsworth funeral are 5 months previously, and had no hesitation in using them again. Tracey and Debbie both have the perfect blend of being friendly yet professional. Also liked the extra touches such as livecam and the Hearse stopping outside my house, as I was unable to attend. Went smoothly from start to finish

We have funeral plans and we’re very glad of this. However, our first contact with head office was not a good experience, nor was the call to your WOT office in Bristol. 

However, from start to finish, our experience at your Bishopsworth branch in Bristol was superb. We met with real kindness, professionalism and personal attention, in very difficult circumstances, from Tracy and everyone in her team. They went so many extra miles at so many stages of the process and came up with ideas involving more work for them but which were really meaningful additions in particularly challenging circumstances. They were immensely helpful in contributing to getting this funeral date agreed at the 11th hour by the coroner and were so caring of my son while in their care, and of our final visit to him.

A very large number of people benefitted from this care including many friends of my son’s who are learning disabled and staff who had cared for him. The butterfly hearse was so appreciated and loved by all, and the visit to the Nursing Home en route to the cemetery was very special and made a huge difference to some very special people. 

Every single detail was managed with superb care and we will never forget this. No thank you is big enough for what Tracy and her team did to make this a very beautiful goodbye in tragic circumstances.

Very good first meeting with Karen very informative and understanding.  Excelllent service with provision of coffin,  punctuality and limousines. As mentioned before was disappointed with the usher directing me to the right side at the crematorium being the widow of Edward Clayfield

After my husband died unexpectedly, I was literally thrown into the deep end, no experience or knowledge of what was now expected of me, having 3 children and each having their own view of how it should be, I called co op at Bishopsworth and they were absolutely fantastic, achieving everything and more than I ever expected.
I cannot praise them enough from the very first phone call to the day of Celebration of his life.
They suggested a celebrant who could deliver what I wanted and he didn't disappoint.
Thank you so much for what you all did, it didn't go unnoticed by all who attended.
