After losing my Mum 28/11/21 the team at Thatcham funeral care were amazing. Lorraine worked closely with myself and my siblings to ensure we gave Mum the send off she deserved. Lorraine, Kate and Natalie were all extremely compassionate and supportive ensuring we were able to include all little details and quirks without having anything to worry about on the day. The whole team at Thatcham funeral care,Lorraine, Kate, Natalie, drivers and bearers were so compassionate and respectful at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using them in the future .
Honestly couldn't thank them enough.

Due to an investigation into my late mother's death her funeral was delayed for 6 months but I was kept up to date on a regular basis by Kate. When it finally came time for the funeral Kate and Natalie were so very helpful with finalising everything. I have used the company in the past and hope when it's my turn my family use them too. I would thoroughly recommend them

I would lust like to say a few words if i may,firstly how very professional Lorraine and her team have been towards me in this very difficult time ,her understanding her kind comments how very professional , her compassion her total commitment what a wonderful job you all do . The whole thing from the moment i asked for advice when i walked in for the first time ,to thanking your team at the end. and also organising the whole funeral keeping me updated and offering me full 100% support. advising me of arrangements to be done and arrangements that have been organised. i would recommend Thatcham funeral care to anyone that needs this service. and i am more than happy to leave this review THANK YOU from my heart

Everyone I dealt with in Thatcham were respectful, helpful and considerate.  The process was explained clearly and nothing was too much for them.  Everything ran smoothly on the day and I thank them for everything they did for my family and preparing my Dad for his last journey.

Excellent service from co-op from the first visit at their offices in Thatcham to organise this, to the service and cremation. Particular thanks goes to Carol Bode who privided the service at the crematorium for my father-in-law. Her visit with Patricia at home and emails back and forth to organise the OOS we're outstanding.
