The Co-op Funeral Service's at Chalvey Slough certainly know their stuff. I had a pre-paid plan for Mum and it was so smooth a seemless service from start to finish.
All the staff Sharon, Emma, Les and team all so professional and caring I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
I couldn't have asked fir a better service they kept intouch even just to check how I was coping.

5 stars plus another 5 stars from me.

The outstanding service we received from the Co-Op was more than expected.

We as a family were treated with such kindness and respect from the beginning.

They arranged everything with care and attention and nothing was too much trouble. 

I cannot thank the staff enough for arranging the day for us at this sad time.

Awful experience . Treated with pure disdain, pushed from pillar to post nobody seemed to care at all. Given an appointment finally to visit Havant office ,I was told the day was actually the day before (complete lie as paper work was on the desk, the other appointment before mine had overrun) , given "invoice" to take to bank, bank teller laughed as it was just a bit of paper not headed . Havant office then said they would send details to Slough , nothing else I needed to do . 30 minutes later I had a call from the Slough office to say Havant were not dealing with "it" and all paperwork they had forwarded was full of errors , complete nightmare. Cancelled and went else where. Would never ever recommend Co Op after this fiasco, I have chosen a family run business with a heart.

Overall experience was smooth and easy.
Couple of times I had to chase emails and was in contact with 2 different email addresses. I had to travel for the first visit to plan due to annual leave in nearest branch. The staff was excellent. Sharon at Slough was lovely and very understanding.
