The communication with Lee-Sharon was excellent both in terms of promptness & clarity.
The issues with the pdf if the Order of Service for the webcast were stressful but resolved.
The visit to the Chapel of Rest at Portman Rd proved awkward as there was no one there & mum's appearance was apparently underwhelming, from what my brother & step-sister told me. Tape to hold her mouth closed? Not made up very well?
The service from Les, Paul & the team on the day was superb. Being allowed to carry the coffin was really important to us, so facilitating that was very welcome.
The webcast at the Committal was well received.
Imogen's Orders of Service for the Service & the Committal were superb.

Sharon took us through everything we needed to know. She helped endlessly with the order of service as it was not as we wanted it to be. she took good care of us and did everything she could to get things right.
Les and his team were great when it cam to moving dad in and out of the house and helping the pall bearers get in position.

From start to finish the team were totally professional and a delight to employ for this vitally sensitive role.

Sharon who arranged matters in the office gave me her most friendly and informative assistance, accommodating our wishes with helpful suggestions.

Les who was lead at the crematorium kept me informed and did an excellent job for us.

I would recommend them as just the service you need when you suffer a loss.
I’m very grateful they took the strain and made the best of the sad situation for us.

The service from Co-op Funeralcare in Slough has been brilliant all the way through. Always helpful and understanding, making suggestions and recommendations which was really needed at such a difficult time. Sharon was excellent in organising my fathers service quickly and smoothly. Sharon also recommended Peter as the celebrant who was brilliant and conducted Dads service with warmth and humour.
