There are not the words to describe the help and professionalism shown, courteous, polite, informative. Above all the respect shown to not only my father but to all of the mourners.
Even in the face of third party failures I was shielded from a potential disaster which was dealt with behind the scenes.
Nothing was too much trouble, and I really felt supported throughout. 
There are people who do a job and people who are vocationally tuned in to what they do. Alistair (and his staff) are the latter.
My absolute sincerest thanks for providing the send off he would have loved.

I am so pleased to have had Reading Funeralcare organise my husband’s humanist funeral. Our wishes for the funeral were carried out impeccably by Toniann, with our emotional welfare taken care of from the very start. The hearse was led to the service very respectfully by Joy and our family’s thoughts were included by celebrant Amy, in a very dignified and beautiful service that celebrated my husband’s life from his birth to his passing. Great respect was shown to him which left our family and friends feeling that his life had touched us all for the better. Many of them commented afterwards how wonderful the service had been. I cannot thank them enough for providing exactly what we wanted and how it left us feeling.

During such a sad and difficult time we found Toniann to be so helpful and respectful. The funeral went without a hitch. I was so stressed that everything would come together well, but need not have worried at all.

It all went very well and we were particularly touched by the great care and consideration given and the reverence shown on the way to the Crematorium and at the service. The webcast worked as a live stream though it was had to see much of the photo tribute as the camera was far from the small screen.

Used CoOp as previous family funerals dealt with satisfactorily. Areas of service provided for Veronica could have been better handled, tho actual day went well and was dealt with efficiently and competently by the funeral director concerned, to whom I am grateful.

Well happy with everything 
Only one thing I would change is don’t post the finger prints and locket of hair , it could of got lost or damaged , just a suggestion but over all fantastic service

Very professional staff. Thank you Toni-Ann and to Dean and his crew.
 
Everything was done to a very high standard. Not to mention the beautifully designed and well structured order of service. Everything was done as requested in the draft. I was very impressed when I saw how well they did the order of service.  
On the day of the funeral,  the crew were very patient and acted in a very professional manner. I cannot thank them enough. I am very pleased.

This is the second funeral we have arranged from you, our funeral director Alistair had been wonderful, he was very helpful and everything went very smoothly.
