Heidi and her team couldn’t do enough to comfort, reassure and advise me . 
They were respectful and kind at every turn of this emotional journey to send Mum off to rest. 
The attention to detail was remarkable, even putting proteas into the floral Tributes to represent our South African family!! 
They made everything so much less painful… I am SO grateful

We were originally going to go with another Funeral Director in Maidenhead as they had dealt with my Mother's funeral some 11 years previously and were very good then. But they have now been taken over and just weren't the same this time and we came away from them feeling very disheartened. So we called Maidenhead Co-operative Funeralcare at around 4.30, that same afternoon, and Heidi told us to come straight over. She spent the next hour-hour and a half with us taking her over her paid time. And from that moment onward they have been brilliant! Really caring and just took over everything, going above and beyond their responsibilities. I really can't praise them enough. Always there by phone or email, guiding us through everything and even taking control of things they weren't responsible for, just so that we didn't have the added stress of it ourselves. This review goes to both Heidi and Simon at Maidenhead Funeralcare. Thank you so so much for all your help caring. We really couldn't have done it without you! If I could give you 10* I would. Highly highly recommended. THANK YOU xx

The assistant seemed to do the minimum required with little empathy and when my daughter arrived for the prearranged appointment to view her sister she was told the coffin had been closed as ‘Rachael had not played ball over the weekend’.  Nicky was distraught as she had really wanted to view her sister before the funeral and it was down to the assistant to provide guidance for viewing times.  She could also have rung nicky to say she would not be able to view instead of letting her turn up and being heartbroken on the premises.  Sadly we would not use the co-ops services again. Let’s hope the scatter stones for each of the children are not a disappointment.

Excellent service from the day my dad passed away the lady in funeral home was very helpful and very understanding and was with us every day.could not fault anything.

At what was a very traumatic time The COOP Maidenhead were amazing. Heidi the manager opened up on a Saturday to allow me to book the funeral, the day before the funeral she drove over and picked up the flowers to arrive with my Dad, and on the day the team were wonderful. Les the team leader was so helpful and kind to us. From me to them thank you for everything ❤

Very friendly and sympathetic service. They dealt with everything so made it so easy for me. Emma, our officiator on the day wrote a beautiful eulogy and when she carried it out, it was as if she knew Stephen. Everyone commented how lovely the service was. Thank you.

What can one say that is better than excellent. To stand in a place of heartbreak and darkness when a loved one passes on. To feel that life has ended and there is no way out from the sadness. The Coop shone a light when we were in such a dark place. The respect shown to my late husband from being collected from his then place of residence, he was still my beloved. Each step of the way so many kind people made contact with us, arrangement and meetings glided effortlessly into the next stage. Heidi at Maidenhead supported us and always seemed to know what we were aiming to have for my husband. The support network around the funeral from the Coop is magnificent. So many wonderful caring people all invisibly helping to hold our grieving family together. Supporting us like friends. So professional. We arranged for my husband to take a beautiful route to GreenAcres Chilterns as he loved to drive in the country side. It is hard to mention everyone who assisted my beloved husband on his final journey and I shall not because the Coop Family gave us the most valuable gift  humbly of all their time and humanity . Their support remains here now and I remain truly grateful now. Thank you everyone.

All the planning went perfectly and I was very happy. I few niggles on the day and afterwards (flowers left in the hearse and confusion over ashes), were the only points to criticise.

Found Carl to be a friendly face and very supportive, which made the experience of arranging my Mother's Cremation so much easier and much less traumatic. Nothing was too much bother for him. Thank you for all your help.
