Generally very good indeed. However, I do think that Co-Op Funeral Services should make it clearer at the beginning that the compilation and printing of the Order of Service is NOT included in the "basic package".

Heidi was absolutely brilliant all the way through the process. She was sensitive to our needs, providing us with the information we needed to make informed choices. She enabled us to fulfil all of Tony's wishes...from the flowers, the songs he had chosen, sorting a donation box for the day, and requesting Gail to carry out the service, she was excellent. Tony's funeral was just perfect. Heidi has also checked in since the funeral to make sure we are doing okay.

Heidi was brilliant all the way through the procedure of arranging the funeral. When arranging a funeral, there's only





one chance to get it right and, with her patience, this is obviously Heidi's ethos. When trying to put together the Order of Service, I changed my mind several times but, each time I changed my mind, there was always a reaction of positivity - nothing was too much trouble. The final Order of Service was just perfect, having been tweaked several times. Other staff members, with whom I came in contact, were also very kind and helpful. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Maidenhead Care (The Co-operative Society) to anyone I knew.

From the moment Pam was collected from Thames Hospice on June 11th until her funeral on July 12th The co-op handled everything  with great care and sensitivity.I was worried that I would be unable to give Pam the sendoff she deserved but thanks to the tireless friendly patient support given to us by the funeral arranger Heidi a funeral plan was created which I’m sure Pam would have approved of.Pam’s funeral went exactly to plan on the day and I can’t thank the funeral director Les enough for this. His presence and his attention to detail executed  in a calm caring and considerate manner was so important.

The service Heidi and Darren provided was exceptional and nothing was to much they went above and beyond to provide a stress free day and a wonderful funeral for our mum the support and help to all our family on the day is a credit to the people they are and very compassionate and some of the best people I have met at their jobs

I honestly could NOT have asked for a kinder more genuine person than Heidi. Nothing has been too much for her to do or sort out. She is the first person to say "dont worry I can sort this out for you" or "I will do that". She is so caring and respectful of not just grieving families but also the "people" that she has in her care until the day of the funeral. I would not have any hesitation in recommending Heidi to anyone if they were looking for a funeral company.
