The funeral process was handled by Vicky in a compassionate and gentle way. The Celebrant selected was excellent and a good choice which I know my late mother-in-law would have approved of. On the day the service went smoothly and the pall bearers were courteous and helpful throughout the process.

The whole thing was ruined as the handles were missing from dad`s coffin. This was inexcusable. Seeing the two coffins side by side, one without handles, still haunts me. Les(?), the funeral director, phoned me the day after the cremation to make sure I was happy. He promised to get back to me the next day with an explanation but I am still waiting two weeks later. I am disgusted that this was allowed to happen and nothing can put it right.

My mother's Funeral was incredibly well organised by the Bracknell office staff in full collaboration with our family. The Humanist Celebrant led the planning and enactment of the service with us, including all the music and speakers, and was extremely collaborative and empathic. Communication with all the organisers was excellent. All went really smoothly according to plan on the day of the Funeral and was a terrific celebration and memory of our mother's life. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Co-oP Funeral team to anyone else in the area

From when we made the initial phone call saying our father has passed away, the dignified collection of my father.

The amazing job they did in the presentation for the Chappell of test .

The organisation of the funeral itself.
The order of service, the beautiful coffin , the flowers, the lovely humanist Louise, everybody involved on the day .

Made a very sad time bearable .
Thanks very much to Vicky at the Bullbrook Bracknell branch and also Darren who was in charge of getting my father to the crematorium and assisting to get him into the Chappell.

My brother and I would like to thank everyone involved.

As a customer I felt the compassion shown was respectful and very professional. The funeral director did a great job as did the young lady at the funeral home.
