The coop funeral care provided support to my family for both my mum and dad who both past with in six month of each other. The service provided was persona to both parents and they were very respectable to their wishes and the family would highly recommend

From the start to the finish, Char and her team were amazing.  They immediately put you at your ease and guided you with empathy and compassion through the whole process.  We were kept informed every step of the way and what I thought would be a very stressful experience turned out to be a calm and carefully planned journey.  I was never in any doubt of the dignity and respect they showed my Mum. On the day of the funeral Mark, with his years of experience, knew exactly how to guide us.  We didn’t feel rushed at all but felt genuinely understood, rather like a comforting arm around your shoulder. Thank you to all the colleagues involved.

Our brother's death was a complete shock to us, the service we received from Charmain & the whole team at the Co-op was very respectful, helpful
& friendly, it truly helped us at a very sad & difficult time. The professional advice & guidance meant we felt supported & reassured throughout. Paula, the Celebrant was lovely, she helped us decide on the details of the funeral service & was very supportive of us all on the day. We cannot thank Charmain and the wider team enough for the excellent support and services provided to us at such a difficult time. Their calm and very helpful demeanor was greatly appreciated and went a long way towards easing our nervousness as we strove to 'get things right' for our dear late mother. Our thanks also to the Celebrant, who was marvellous, and to the Funeral Director on the day, who with just a few words, gave me the support I needed to get me through it.

Very helpful. We are just friends, Mike Thurman had no relatives, so arranging the funeral was a shot in the dark. Ann Adlem who conducted the service was exemplary. Charmaim was very helpful.

From start to finish Charmaine at the Stopsley branch of The Co-op Funeralcare took care of us and guided us through all aspects of our mum’s funeral arrangements. She listened attentively to our wishes and carried them out. She often stayed late to allow us to drop something off or pick something up. She was sympathetic and caring. We were all really happy with the service. I would highly recommend.

From our first contact with Mark, and his continual sympathetic guiding support throughout the month, culminating in viewing our Mother. To the beautifully conducted day of the funeral, by the funeral director Becky. Who's team didn't put a foot wrong.

It’s always hard to arrange a loved ones funeral, no matter how many times you have to do it, every one of them will be different. From the moment we walked into the stopsley store the service we received from Charmaine was absolutely brilliant, she made everything so easy and we felt at ease. We received updates on the progress of my mother-in-law from being collected at the local hospital to being ready to visit the chapel. On the day of the service it was raining, but Mark and his fellow gentleman were outstanding in that awful weather, they made sure that the grandsons  were ready and at ease to carry their grandmother into chapel and even assisted us in the dilemma of cutting the ribbon on some flowers . They offered help and support all the way through and even stopped to have a chat with me at the end. The choice of Paula our funeral celebrant, was absolutely spot on, she was an absolute delightful lady, she done a beautiful eulogy which described Rosemary to a T, on the day she came to our home , she showed great compassion for the work that she does, we felt so at ease with her that we knew we could tell her anything.  She knew how important it was to us and even allowed us to contact her whilst she was on holiday . Thank You all from the bottom of my heart for giving Rosemary the send off she deserved. I will never forget the kindness of you all.
