The staff at the Co-op Luton, Jane in particular, looked after us and guided us through this painful experience.  She was always at the end of the phone when we needed her and nothing was too much trouble.  She matched us with the perfect celebrant. On the day of the funeral all the staff were exceptional with a caring manner.   Words cannot express our gratitude to them.  Thank you so much.

All staff really went above and beyond to deliver a funeral our father would have been proud of, extra special thanks go to Laura for all the little things we would have forgotten and to the celebrant Gaynor for really taking the time to gain an insight to demonstrate the real measure of a man our father was and what he meant to us his children, grandchildren, brothers and sisters and all who new and loved him, we are truly grateful for the way you conducted the service for us.

Generally pleased with the service apart from the production of the Order of Service. This was complicated as I was doing it from a distance and wasn’t able to go into the local office to sort it out. The options for layout and insertion of photos could have been more clearly explained, perhaps with a template which I could have looked at to see what could be done. 
With that reservation, I did however receive first class service from Lorraine who I liaised with in the office, and also from the funeral director at the service who was exceptionally good at dealing with the family and the timely progress of the funeral.

When I phoned to book an appointment to arrange the funeral I spoke to a lovely lady who was very caring and appeared knowledgeable. Unfortunately the gentleman who I had the appointment with to arrange the funeral was not as knowledgeable, I even had to point out a contradiction between what he was telling me and your terms and conditions. He did not display the empathy I felt the lady did.

I cannot fault the service by co-op funeral care in Luton. The staff are all so caring & professional, nothing was too much trouble. I felt very reassured knowing that my father was in their care.

Excellent service from Hayley Joynson.   Hayley guided us every step of the way ensuring everything was taken care of in a professional manner.  From the order of service booklets to the flowers it was perfect.    On the day of funeral Mark and his team were excellent too.    Thank you Hayley, Mark and the luton team.
