The only fault it felt like we was being rushed a little bit but I suppose it was Becky's way of making sure everything was going to plan.

We were treated so well and professionally.
Everything explained to us,ee could ring whenever wr needed to which was very reasuring.
When we visited our mum in chappel of rest it was a lovely experience sofas to sit on coffee wrjust relaxed and talked to our mum.
Jane Lorraine were so kind informative and professional also the lady that conducted the funeral but I cant remember her name sorry.
Will definately recommend tne co op to freinds who need to arrange a funeral

Having lost my partner John at such a young age only just 51 years old, the thought of arranging his funeral was heartbreaking. The care support and guidance I received made this very difficult situation bearable! Jane challis was with us every step of the way, and ready with a hug whenever it all got to much!On the day of the funeral, Mark Castle the funeral director talked us through the process and had a very calming effect on myself and my children. The staff at Luton Funeralcare were excellent, they were extremely helpful in the whole process of arranging my Mothers Funeral. Right the way through from my initial enquiry to the Church and then to the Crematorium. Loraine who I dealt with could not have been more helpful in every aspect of the Funeral and the Funeral Director and his staff with the hearse were again really helpful.

We have always used Luton Funeralcare in the past for family members and so had no hesitation in going to them for our Mum.

The kindness and respect that Jane and Mark showed to Mum was wonderful. They held our hands during the planning and on the day.

We had total faith that they would deliver exactly what we requested and they did.

Evert part of the funeral was excellent from the initial meeting at the luton office right through until we we’re dropped off at our chosen hotel for a toast to be raised ,every member of staff should get a pat on the back

The service myself and my family received prior to and at my mum's funeral were absolutely brilliant. Jane was really supportive, understanding and respectful on many occasions that we had dealing with her. Mummy was treated with respect and dignity and I was so pleased when I was concerned about my young nephew seeing the bruising on one side of my mum's neck the coffin was moved so that my nephew and other family members wouldn't be upset by this. The funeral director Mark was really great on the day of the funeral particularly making sure that my brother who has mobility issues was safe. I would certainly recommend Luton Coop funeral care to everyone.
