Jane, Lorraine and all the Co-op team were absolutely brilliant. Couldn't have asked for more.From beginning to end they were there for us every step of the way with kindness, compassion and sympathy. Would very highly recommend this firm.

At times like these you need to be able to trust the service of your chosen funeral directors. Unfortunately I have had to use this service twice in the last nine months. Both funerals the staff on the day carried out the funerals with exceptional professionalism and compassion and we felt extremely well looked after. The first moment we met Jane to discuss arrangements we knew we would be in safe hands. Jane put us at ease and nothing we have ever asked of Jane has been too much trouble - she is one in a million and a total assest to the company. Would also like to mention funeral director Mark who has sadly passed now but Directed our Dads funeral last June - a true professional and gentleman. All in all i would never use anyone else but The co op .....they made our awful situations more bearable. Thankyou to all of the staff .

The funeral director Shannon was amazing. The staff in the office had made two major errors when booking our mums funeral - not booking enough pallbearers and allocating a cheaper coffin to what we requested - but Shannon got both of these issues corrected within 45 minutes on the evening before the funeral. I would leave the office 2 stars, as although they were kind they made some serious errors and did not discuss them with me. However Shannon (and her manager) deserve the full 5 stars for giving Mum the perfect send off on the day.

We are very grateful to Luton Funeralcare for the excellent service they provided in taking care of our father's funeral. They were able to accommodate the different requests we had and the tight timeline. Every member of staff we dealt with was kind and professional. The funeral director Peter, and his team did a wonderful job on the day of the burial, which meant we were able to make our dad's final journey one filled with dignity and honour and love. From start to finish, Lorraine and Amelia and the whole team at the co op treated us like family, we felt that mum was looked after really well, when we saw her laid out at the funeral home, she looked wonderful, just like she was sleeping, They organised the printing, the flowers, the cars, and the Funeral Director Melissa was amazing, keeping us informed at all times.  We felt they had everything under control at a time when we needed it most. Everything was explained thoroughly and methodically so we understood what would happen next.  I would recommend the Co op funeral services to anyone who needs to find a supportive funeral company who care for your loved one from pick up burial.  Many thanks to all who looked after mum and our family with guidance and care during our moment of need.

The team were brilliant, they worked to accommodate my every wish to ensure my husband was given a very beautiful send off.  The feed back I have received from our friends and family was he would have loved it, it was so him & he would have so enjoyed the celebration of his life, it was just perfect.
