Very kind friendly staff. Julie was very helpful and kept in contact to arrange the funeral even though she was on annual leave. She rang a few days later to check that we were all OK. I would highly recommend them.

The service, and attention to detail from the Borehamwood branch was outstanding, only dealt with them over the phone. We met Julie at the Leighton Buzzard branch, she was welcoming, put us at ease, was professional but friendly with it. Excellent service. Many many thanks

I cannot fault the service from Julie at the Branch she was very professional and extremely helpful, especially as this was the first time we had to arrange a funeral.

My only criticism would be about the national number we called who advised us that Leighton Buzzard was our closest Branch, however there is a Branch in Aylesbury which is my dads hometown. Unsure why we were not directed to this one which would have made arranging this funeral a lot easier.

The Co-op Funeral care did a wonderful job. They were respectful and easy to talk to and they kept in touch.
The funeral ran like clockwork and was a lovely service. They did us proud.

This is not the type of experience you wish to go through but the funeral director was the most patient and helpful man we could ever wish for.  He explained everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions with compassion and tact.
