In what was a day we as a family were not really looking forward too Heritage Funeral made it effortlessly smooth for us as a family.From the time Dad spent in their care to the planning of the service to celebrate his life nothing was too much trouble for them.They were able to accommodate all our requests and wishes to an amazingly high standard that far exceeded our expectations,Dad would of been so proud of the send off they gave him as he made his last journey!!.Fantastic people and very highly recommended

Both my Mum's and Dad's funeral was carried out by Heritage, if I had more parents they too would be looked after by Heritage. Cannot fault Nicky and Rosemary in any way, they take away all the pressure that a funeral brings and are so personal. The day was so perfect, thank you.

With something you never want to go through with we had support and guidance the whole way through no matter what. 
All you want is for your loved ones to be looked after and they most certainly did that so we thank you for everything you have done for me and my family.

After loosing dad, I didnt think I'd be calling you 2yrs down the line.
But like before you were there. Compassionate, caring and understanding from the moment you answered the phone.
And again... I honestly can't tell you how grateful I am for EVERYTHING you've done. Not just for looking after mum. But me too.
Again you're not just funeral directors. You're friends. And I will be forever grateful for the care you provided for both mum and dad. And I know mum would be pleased knowing it was you looking after her.

Careful and considerate. No detail was missed out even when last minute changes were requested.

The Order of Service was wonderfully done as was the webcam which people are still requesting.

I cannot thank them enough for making a stressful time much easier to deal with.
