From the very beginning to final end, Heritage Funerals had a compassionate, sympathetic, personal and professional outlook to my mum's funerals. My special gratitude goes to Nikky, Rosemary and James for the ways and manners they organised my mum's funerals. Heritage funerals is second to none in Luton as far as I am concerned.

We are incredibly grateful to Rosemary,Nikki and team for the care and professionalism they showed throughout the entire process of arranging Gerry’s funeral. From the very first contact, they were compassionate, respectful, and attentive to every detail, making a difficult time so much easier to bear.

The collection of Gerry was handled with such dignity, and every aspect of the service was beautifully arranged. They also read out our letters that was heartfelt and thoughtful, creating a truly meaningful farewell. A special mention for the little moment of calling Sacha ‘Stacey’—it gave us a smile on a tough day, and we know Gerry would have appreciated that too.

Their kindness, patience, and expertise made all the difference, and we sincerely appreciate everything they did for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Heritage Funerals to anyone in need of a caring and professional funeral service.

This is the second experience with Heritage Funerals. Arranging the funeral of a loved one is extremely difficult but the wonderful team at Heritage take your hand and guide you through with such compassion and kindness. The beautiful space that my dad was resting and the respect he was given was humbling. Nothing is too much trouble and we have felt so safe and cared for.  Just can’t express enough in words of how grateful my family and I are. Excellent attention to every detail surrounding John’s funeral. Rosemary and Nikki were very kind, respectful, and professional at all times. It was lovely that I was given a beautiful small bouquet of flowers just before the service.

I cannot recommend the team at Heritage funerals,  Nikki, Rosemary and James highly enough. The team helped us deliver a beautiful service worthy of my amazing mum and they offered endless advice and support from the moment we first made contact with them.
 Nikki made everything as easy as possible helping us select the right choices for our family but never putting us under any pressure, her advice was invaluable. James looked after my mum beautifully while in their care, confirming every small detail that I worried about and Rosemary did a wonderful job delivering the service as our celebrant.
On top of all this every time they spoke to us they listened to our stories of my mum, they showed genuine care for our grief and they always had time for us. They made the hardest time in life a little easier.

So happy I chose Heritage funerals in Dunstable.

From the first phone call I made to James, I straight away felt they were the right people to take care of my brother who had recently passed. 

James and Nicky’s kindness and respect with my brother and us as a family will remain with me forever.

I also would like to say that as although an unattended cremation, we were treated very respectfully by Heritage funerals who had made us feel welcome at all times.

I can't praise them enough. They were so kind, caring, and compassionate, and gave us the service we wanted,which was absolutely beautiful.
They looked after myself, my Brother and our family, from start to finish, and even helped us with the flowers 💐 and the funeral reception.

We can't recommend Heritage highly enough. Rosemary, Nikki and James were extremely competent, yet totally compassionate, right from the start. They truly succeeded in their aim to deliver exactly what we wanted every step of the way, but offered some very helpful suggestions when appropriate. Nothing was too much trouble for these kind and caring professionals.

When your love one dies who do you turn too Heritage Funeral Ltd. From the start they were so warm and professional in dealing with a very difficult time for me and my children.I cannot praise them enough for always being on the end of a phone if I had a query which was dealt with straight away.
