Very happy with the service & level of care the team went to make sure everything went as smoothly and as painlessly as possible. Although itv was a particularly busy time for them we felt nothing was too much for them as far as our wishes were concerned. Lesley & Terri in the office were brilliant as was Harry the funeral director assigned to us. All very caring & compassionate at what was obviously a very difficult time for us .  We couldn’t of asked for  more & our mum got the wonderful send off  she do deserved

The team at Bedford Coop Funeralcare provided the highest quality of service that allowed us to give my wife and mother to our children, the funeral that she would have wanted and certainly deserved.
From the moment they moved my wife from the hospital mortuary, to facilitating viewing her in the funeral home's Chaple, to ensuring all activities went seamlessly on the day of the funeral. Harry, our funeral director had introduced himself at the outset of the process, and he ensured that all of our choices were met. Similarly the administrative staff Terry and Leslie were equally considerate and professional.

My Dad wanted a Direct Cremation for my Mum in line with her wishes.
The process was so simple well explained and the reasons for not wanting a formal funeral were never questioned. 
We were treated with compassion and friendliness it made the job so much easier .

My two brothers and myself had an appointment with Terri to arrange our fathers funeral.  Terri was so kind and understanding and helped us arrange a funeral at my fathers local church followed by the committal.  We had The Order of Service printed and because my father was musical Lesley found a musical design which we used along with photos and it was such lovely item keep and to remember the day and Celebration of our father Jack's life.  I am so grateful that I chose The Co-op Funeral Service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.  Thank you.

From the moment I went  to register Mums death and knocked on your  door Lesley and team you gave me the warmth, guidance  and help I needed at this very difficult time.  Nothing was to much trouble and you also checked up on me to see how I was coping which means a lot.

I felt supported and cared for throughout the time they offered services. 

My only comment would be that there was some confusion on a Saturday about where my aunt had been taken. I was left anxious over the weekend until I could speak to someone in Bedford.
