Everything went smoothly from arrangement by Terry to funeral director Killian, who called me the day before to make sure arrangements were as I wanted. He was very patient with dads grandchildren who was carrying the coffin and stayed at the end to make sure we was happy with how the service had gone. Ashes were ready within 4 days. Thank you for your all your help.

Terry and Andy were exceptional in looking after me and what I wanted for my husbands funeral. They showed they cared and this gave me great comfort in my time of need. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept me updated with any information needed daily.

I was so glad my mother had a prepaid plan, the Co op in Bedford were wonderful throughout. The office staff, Steph, Terry and Andrew were very patient and caring, making sure that I had enough time to make all relevant decisions. It wasn't just the funeral they were supportive with, every day life had been quite traumatic and this was also an area they were understanding of
Helping me with Order of service and being very supportive during the Chapel of rest viewings with my lovely Mum.
Cameron was our Director of the day and he gave considerable thought and understanding of our unique circumstances.
I will happily recommend to others.

Initial arrangements were dealt with well, but the burial was distressing and chaotic.
We were kept waiting more than twenty minutes,alongside the hearse,for the arrival of the pall -bearers. We had to advise on the whereabouts of the grave. The pall -bearers struggled to maintain the weight of the coffin and it was tilted a number of times with a terrifying dip whilst lowering,which sent my dozen red roses into the grave to be squashed !
I was numb with fear,it was a total nightmare,instead of the dignified romantic goodbye he deserved. A George

Such wonderful people, that made the process simple, respectful and all in all a beautiful day to remember and celebrate the life of our loved one. The staff were always professional and polite but so friendly. Nothing was too much and ensuring things were done was paramount. I couldn’t be any more grateful for the care they gave my mother in her passing.

Mark was absolutely great from start to finish. Even to organising the finer details. Mark is very empathetic and supporting to the whole situation and was able to meet every details needed to make it a great send off. Also he was supporting throughout the day and took every step to keep everything together and guiding everyone also. Would most definitely recommend his services.
