Colin was so good to deal with when arranging my mother’s funeral, he went through everything so well and I was able to bring my mother home for a couple of days and bury her from the house as she did her mother. He was constantly in touch and offering help in every way possible at this very sad and difficult time for me. He is a real asset to the company and am so glad I chose the coop funeral care for my mother’s funeral and May in the near future take out a funeral plan for myself and arrange this with Colin as he is brilliant at his job and to deal with and has so much compassion. I will highly recommend Colin and his team and Caroline done a lovely job at making my mum look so at peace too. I have never found this with  my gran and my dad who where buried firstly with different staff 21 years ago and my dad 5 years ago with another funeral director but my mum just looked lovely and how she was in life and it gave me great comfort at this very sad time.
