Collette and the team were brilliant.
They guided us through the process with compassion. Collette helped us with the all the administration and made sure that we were organised and had everything for the funeral. During what was a difficult time for the family we found Collette and the team to be very efficient and professional.

I cannot fault Alexander Bain in their very professional care for Margo's funeral
They treated Margo's remains with a great deal of respect They were also very professional in the way they looked after the relatives and friends of Margo especially on the day of the funeral
It will be Bain that looks after myself when my time comes
I have no worries

I cannot praise the staff enough for all their help and advice at such a difficult time . Collette was very professional and helped me make some difficult decisions some I hadn't even though about .As for the flowers she arranged for my mum ... They were absolutely gorgeous and I'm sure she would have loved them so thank you for that Collette X Also for introduction me and my family to Pauline , she was amazing and did a fabulous job on the day , very personal and professional X Michael Jackson went above and beyond his duty when he very kindly not only returned mum's photo to me but , also her ashes when I was carless so again thank you for that . Everyone else I thank you also Mum looked pieceful and I'm sure she is in a better place now .
