First class service received from all staff, made the whole experience so easy for us for which we will be forever grateful. Nothing was too much trouble they are so professional but very empathic honestly could not fault anything.

Could not fault the services of the whole team from Mik and Arlene at the removal to Shirley during the arrangements, Helen during our visit to grandad, and to Angie, lindsay and Bill on the day for their professionalism despite being completely soaked from the rain. Thank you all. It was a lovely service for grandad and he would have been proud.

From the first meeting with Shirley all arrangements were made with her guidance and support which was very much appreciated. She kept in regular contact until the day of the funeral to make sure everything went as discussed. I also spoke to Angela and guided me on what would happen on the day which was comforting also she phoned the following day to ask if I was ok. The family were very impressed service.
