Trish and Bobby are extremely professional and  attended to every detail with sympathy and empathy. Discreet in their approach, nothing was a problem to organise, even our own personal preferences for our loved one.
The service was very professionally arranged and seem less in its presentation.

Really good in some ways, eg one to one talking, text, emails etc but could do better with details eg recording phone numbers or email addresses. Overall good service, just tighten up on the paperwork a bit.
Having said all that, I would use them again
