Martin was very efficient and had a lovely, caring approach when dealing with the family. The company did everything they could to carry out the family's wishes and all commented on the great send off given to my Dad.

Everything was handled very professionally. Martin kept in contact with myself before the funeral service, letting me know what was happening.
Before the service began, he explained exactly how things would progress and supported the pallbearers. 
He called the following day to make sure we were happy with everything.

The service we received was better than excellent. Martin was so professional, attended to everything promptly and kept in touch with us every other day so that we knew everything was in hand. We had every confidence that everything was being attended to and this made us feel so relieved and less stressed. Paula who works in the office is totally lovely too and they both made us feel as if nothing was too much trouble.

The care and support I received from the first phone call to the day that Mum was laid to rest was excellent. Every step of the way was carried out with so much thought and understanding, particularly Paula who was brilliant.  She was always there to answer questions or if you needed to discuss anything.
After Mum was moved from Aberdeen to Glenrothes, Nicola took over and again the service  was fantastic, Nicola was so attentive on the day of the funeral so professional in both her actions and presence.
I would like to thank both  Ellon and Glenrothes teams for making a difficult time easier, everything ran smoothly on the day and I thank you all for helping to give Mum the send off she deserved.
