As Care Manager for the deceased person, I had contact with Martin Schoen from Ellon. Martin was extremely sensitive to the situation and extremely supportive. He kept in close contact with myself as well as the care home and family member. The person's funeral was just as they had requested it to be and I wish to convey my thanks to Martin.
