Was very disappointed for the amount of repetitive phone calls I received.
I was assured my no nonsense wishes would be honoured yet I kept getting questioned re orders of service and who would be leading the service.
They even required a friend of the family to speak to them which left my feelings were being disregarded.
I am disappointed to be honest with the amount of times I was told the service should take no longer than 25 minutes, to the point we had our phones out to time our involvements.
I thought you were a client based company and I am left feeling bereft twice over

Always there for us to ensure things went smoothly. They are as great now as they were when looking after his late wife.

They are together now in the same box that Burgess kept for 9 years.

Martin, Paula and Colin were absolutely amazing. They were very professional, kind and caring throughout. They helped us with everything including organising the crematorium, order of service, the minister, entrance and exit music etc, the list goes on. Colin even gave my wife his coat at the crematorium as it was so cold. They are an absolute credit to the Co-Op.
