The service provided by Karen at WM Gilchrist has been perfect, she has been caring and professional all throughout. We couldn't have asked for a better funeral director to guide us through the process of arranging my mums funeral. She is a huge credit the company. We had a brief dealing with Colin too and he was also kind, caring and professional. Thank you for making this hard time just that little bit easier.

Totally professional in arranging all aspects of the funeral. Service went off seamlessly and Colin looked after us with warmth and respect. Karen who made the arrangements was warm and caring and made all points of the funeral arrangements seem easy and removed all stress from the family. My father couldn't have been in better hands.

Wm. Gilchrist cannot be faulted for the services received in honouring the memory of my late and eldest sister, Gill Smith. The arrangements were made with a minimum of upset and the humanist  service was conducted in a sincere and compassionate manner.
The chapel at Kaimhill was a lovely space for family and friends to gather in remembrance. Many thanks to Karen and her dedicated team, for a memorable day that Gill would have been very happy with. May she now rest in peace. Thank you 🙏🏻

Colin Forbes was a great help while organising my Dad’s funeral. He followed our requests and helped us make decisions at such a difficult time. Colin kept in regular touch throughout the process and was happy for us to contact him at any time. He was so professional at the church and supported us all through the service.
