This was the second time that William Gilchrist has arranged a funeral for our family and we were again very pleased with the kind, helpful and professional standard of care shown to all the family. We had the pleasure of meeting up with Karen Fraser, who helped us with the funeral of our mum almost 3 years ago. She was very compassionate in all areas.
