Amazing Care and support.
Everything fully explained and services offered gone through in good detail.
Stewart made a great cup of tea and ensured that we had everything we required.
On the days leading up to the funeral service and the funeral its self great care was given to us all, frequent calls to ensure we had everything we required.

I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received from Wm Gilchrist Funeral Care in Aberdeen, particularly from Steven McNally. His care, compassion and attention to detail are excellent. At such an emotionally difficult time with so many things to think about, it was comforting to know that everything was taken care of by Steven. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Ultimately, we were delighted with how the funeral service went.

Should mention that I know personally, the Undertaker who looked after things for my family. Having said that, the service provided by him and all who assisted him was impeccable. It was mostly conducted by phone and online since my son and I were isolating in the early stages of planning.
When we were able to visit the premises to view the body, the ladies who assisted were courteous and helpful. At the funeral itself, Alex (the lady who chauffeured us) and the other assistant were also courteous and most helpful.
