Susan and the team could not have been more helpful. My daughter and I were still coming to terms with the sudden death of my husband and Susan went through the process for arranging his funeral slowly, giving us time to think things through. There was no pressure to commit and at every stage were told to take our time. Susan replied to any queries straight away and on the day everything ran smoothly. When we were in the office, a few days after our first visit, Susan told us she had seen David (my husband) and he was very peaceful. I found this most comforting.
