Worcester Crematorium
About Us
The Worcester Crematorium, also known is run by the City Council on behalf of all its residents. The non-denominational chapel is open to everyone, providing a tranquil place to say goodbye to a loved one.
The Astwood Chapel has capacity to seat up to 105 guests with standing space at the rear. In the event of particularly large funerals, Worcester Crematorium provides speakers for the service to be heard from outside. Additionally, a recording of the service can be put onto a CD at an extra cost if desired.
Music can be provided for the service with an online library of songs or an electric organ available at no extra cost. There is also a large screen for slideshows of treasured memories. For less mobile friends and relatives, the chapel is wheelchair friendly.
