Wilford Hill Crematorium is located south of Nottingham in the secluded grounds of Southern Cemetery. It is surrounded by the cemetery grounds and farmland, making for a peaceful location to say your final goodbyes to a loved one.

The Wilford Hill Crematorium is open to funeral services of all faiths and denominations as well as non-religious and humanist funerals. The Main Chapel can seat 80 people and the West Chapel can seat 60. Both chapels have additional standing space.

Services are 60 minutes long and run from Monday to Friday, with Saturday services available at a surcharge and by appointment. There is a Wesley Music System available with thousands of song choices, as well as other options for music players if needed. The crematorium also offers video and audio recording as well as live transmission through the web for mourners unable to attend. On-site memorials are available and range from inscribed memorial stones and plaques to memorial rose bushes.

The crematorium has on-site parking, including disabled spaces, as well as accessible toilet facilities.

• The office is open weekdays, except for bank holidays, from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
• From November to February the grounds are open 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Saturday, and 9:00am to 4:00pm on Sunday.
• From April to September the grounds are open from 8:00am to 6:00pm from Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm on Sunday, and 10:00am to 3:00pm on Good Friday.
• In March and October, the grounds are open from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Monday to Saturday and from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Sunday.
