The Oaks Havant Crematorium
About Us
The Oaks Havant Crematorium is situated in a Site of Importance for Nature Conservation in Hampshire. The multi-faith service hall can seat up to 86 people. There is standing room in the hall and the vestibule outside to allow a total of 200 people to attend a funeral. Services can be broadcast to people who are outside the chapel. Services can be webcast and recorded for an additional fee. The standard duration of services is 30 minutes within a 45 appointment window, which includes arriving and leaving. Services are available Monday to Friday and Saturday until 11:30 am. There are no services on Sundays,Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday and Easter Monday. There is a flower courtyard outside of the service hall for families to view floral tributes. There is a water feature in the courtyard and the gardens of remembrance can be accessed from it. The garden of remembrance includes semi-natural woodland and formal planting. Memorials at The Oaks Havant Crematorium include stone and wooden memorial orbs and memorial mounds. Personalised text and motifs can be added to entries in the book of remembrance. There is parking for 47 cars in the crematorium's car park, including 5 disabled spaces.
