South London Crematorium in Streatham was open in 1936 adjacent to Streatham Park Cemetery. Serving communities in Lambeth and Wandsworth, it is open to members of all faiths and beliefs, with an experienced team of staff on hand to help families arrange a dignified and unique secular or spiritual funeral for their loved one.

South London Crematorium chapel can accommodate small or larger funerals, with 45 minutes allocated for each service or celebration of life. The chapel can be booked for an extended time if needed, subject to an additional fee. Funerals can also be held here by arrangement and are also subject to an additional fee.

Bereaved family and friends can take some quiet time to mourn their loved ones in the beautiful gardens of remembrance, where a living memorial such as a rose shrub or plant can be dedicated to your loved one. Ashes may be scattered or interred in designated areas at this Streatham crematorium’s Gardens of Remembrance.
