About Us

Parkgrove Crematorium is a privately run crematorium on the outskirts of Friockheim in Angus, Scotland. The crematorium is set in 5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens surrounded by peaceful woodlands.

Funeral services of any religious faiths and denominations are welcome at Parkgrove Crematorium, as well as non-religious and humanist celebrations of life and funeral services. Service times are 60 minutes each, with extra time available by request for an additional charge.

The multi-faith chapel has seating for 165 people and, using the foyer and P.A system, Parkgrove Crematorium can accommodate services of up to 300 people. The chapel has an organ which can be used for funeral services, as well as the option to play music from CDs.

There is a hearing loop available for deaf or hard of hearing mourners, and braille hymn books are also available. There are on-site toilet facilities, including disabled toilets.

Office hours for Parkgrove Crematorium are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The memorial garden and book of remembrance room are open 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. Services are an hour each and are available from 9:30am and 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
