About Us
Macclesfield Crematorium is situated just off Prestbury Road in the north-west of the town. The former Non-Conformist Chapel was converted into a crematorium in 1960 to serve the people of Cheshire East. The well-trained staff at this facility can help you navigate the choices to be made, and help you to create a fitting send-off for your loved one.
The chapel itself can accommodate 78 guests with flexible seating arrangements. Accessibility features are available inside, such as Braille service books and sufficient space for wheelchairs.
Commemoration options include Memorial Garden benches, kerbstones, posy and plaque holders, vaults, and a Book of Remembrance.
There are two car parks inside the grounds of the Macclesfield Crematorium, with disabled parking.
