Lincoln City Crematorium
About Us
Lincoln City Crematorium is located on Washingborough Road, and provides cremation, memorial and remembrance services.
The chapel at Lincoln City Crematorium has seating space for around 100 mourners, with additional standing room available. The chapel is non-denominational and can be personalised for any religion or belief. During the service, you can use the modern Wesley Music System to play any music that you want, and to show video or picture tributes. The service can also be webcast online if you wish, so that those who can’t attend in person don’t miss out.
Within the grounds of the crematorium, an area has been set aside as a Garden of Remembrance. In this natural area there are no headstones, plaques, plants or trees allowed - you can have a permanent memorial installed in other parts of the crematorium grounds.
The car park at Lincoln City Crematorium has recently been expanded with 85 additional spaces, including extra disbaled bays, so there should be no shortage of parking at the crematorium. The office is open from 8:30am until 4:30pm. Monday to Thursday, and from 8:30am until 4pm on Fridays. The book of remembrance room is open everyday for visits.
