Ipswich Crematorium
About Us
Located at the New Cemetery on Cemetery Lane, the Ipswich Crematorium is red brick building that dates back to the late 1920s. The chapel can seat up to 105 people, and includes facilities such as a Wesley music system for pre-recorded tracks, a waiting room, and a disabled toilet and loan wheelchair that may be booked.
Next door to the Ipswich Crematorium building is the Temple of Remembrance, which allows for beautiful memorials for your loved one including a Book of Remembrance.
The Garden of Remembrance is not located within the grounds of the crematorium, but but is only a two minute drive away. The garden has a columbarium wall, rose bushes, plaques, and many other methods to commemorate your loved one. A beautiful place to visit, it has an elegant pond and memorial walkways.
