Hither Green Crematorium
About Us
Hither Green Crematorium is located on Verdant Lane in London SE6. It is adjacent to Hither Green Cemetery, which dates back to the mid-19th century.
The chapel has capacity for 80 people to be seated, and there are digital screens for photo or video tributes inside. Hither Green has a webcam service, so that the cremation can be viewed by those who could not make it in person.
The crematorium office at Hither Green is open from 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday. The grounds are open at different times depending on the season: from March to October they are open from 9am to 4:30pm; from November to February they are open from 9am until 4:30pm.
