About Us

Gwent Crematorium is located in Croesyceiliog and serves the five local authorities of Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport and Torfaen.

The chapel is tastefully furnished with British Oak furniture and Marble fittings. There is seating for around 120 people, with space for about 50 more to stand. If needed, more people can watch the service on a large screen in the chapel cloisters.

Music is available from a choice of sources, either played live by an organist of your choice, or by the "Wesley" music system, which enables you to choose any commercially available music for the service.

The Gwent Crematorium gardens and grounds are open at all times to visit. The crematorium office and book of remembrance room are open from 9am until 4:30pm on weekdays, and from 1:30pm until 4:30pm on weekends and bank holidays.
