Guildford Crematorium, close to the village of Farncombe, is located just off the A3100. Near farmlands, pockets of woodland, and playing fields, the area is a green and tranquil spot.

The chapel, built in 1967, comfortably seats up to 100 people with standing room at the back.

Planning has been put forward to update the crematorium, but interim facilities will be available during the refit. It is worth finding out what this will entail by visiting the site and speaking to staff before your loved one's service to see if it will be suitable for your needs. It is not expected that these changes will start until mid-2018.

With parking for 60 cars, there is a main area and an overflow carpark near the entrance. There are also disabled spaces available. Other accessible features include disabled toilets next to the waiting area.

Please be aware that as the nearest public transport stop may be quite some way from Guildford Crematorium, a taxi service might be required for those not driving themselves.
