Located on Heckmondwike Road in Dewsbury, Dewsbury Moor Crematorium provides cremation services to the people of Huddersfield and Kirklees. It reopened in 2019 after a large refurbishment project was completed by Kirklees Council.
The crematorium chapel can seat up to 82 mourners, but due to its size there is no additional room to allow standing in the chapel. The crematorium can accommodate many different types of service, from a full, religious service through to a non religious service or humanitarian service.
