The crematorium has sufficient capacity to seat 120 people with additional space for standing. This crematorium in Colchester has a comfortable waiting room with refreshments, accessible toilets, a hearing loop, wheelchair loan, and large print hymn books. It also contains an organ in the chapel, as well as a digital music system for more contemporary songs.
