Located in peaceful surroundings, Bentley Crematorium and Cemetery in Brentwood, Essex opened in 2012.The caring team at this Essex crematorium believe that every family should be treated with respect. They want to help families to arrange a personal service that is in line with their cultural and religious needs, whether it is a small service to a more elaborate affair.
Bentley Crematorium and Cemetery has a multi-faith chapel, which can seat up to 100 guests. Wheelchair accessible, it has a hearing loop system.There are also two screens at the chapel which can be used to display a photo slideshow or video montage of the person who has died.
There is space for an an additional 100 standing guests in an ancillary waiting room, which has a plasma screen and speaker system to ensuring that all those present can see and hear the service.
The lovely Gardens of Remembrance offer a restful environment where families can spend time to remembering their loved one.
Toilet facilities are available at Bentley Crematorium. The office and and memorial office are open on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm, whereas the grounds can be visited seven days a week from 8 am to 5 pm.
