Basingstoke Crematorium
About Us
Basingstoke Crematorium, built in 1998, is a private facility located in North East Hampshire, south-west of North Waltham.
Surrounded by farmlands, the chapel, which can host large groups, has been designed to fit in with the landscapes. Finished with neutral decor and stained glass windows, the interior is suitable for religious, and non-religious funerals.
The grounds, which are centred around a lake, include extensive gardens of remembrance, with beautiful rose bushes and private memorials. There are a number of memorial options to choose from including plaques or benches. Alternatively, you can request an entry in the Book of Remembrance, which is available to view every day.
The Basingstoke Crematorium has been designed to be fully accessible to those who need it, with Braille hymn books, hearing loops, and disabled toilets. There is also sufficient parking for up to 80 cars.
